Challenge
The main challenge was to bring the everyday reality of entrepreneurship to life in a way that feels fresh, relatable, and full of personality. With a story built around different characters and their daily routines, we needed to create a visual language that could capture the pace of modern entrepreneurial life while leaving room for each character’s individuality. The animation also had to set the tone for a broader series exploring how age, gender, time, and trends shape the way we approach entrepreneurship. The goal was to make these stories feel less like business case studies and more like a glimpse into the lives of people building something of their own.
Solution
We combined frame-by-frame animation with 2D motion animation to create a lively visual world shaped around the characters and their routines. Hand-drawn animation brought personality and expression to their movements, while motion design added rhythm, energy, and fluid transitions between scenes. From everyday tasks to the little details that define each character’s working life, every element was designed to keep the story moving and make the characters feel real. The result is a modern, dynamic animation that introduces the people behind the entrepreneurship journey and sets the visual direction for the stories still to come.
