How long does it take?

Creating impactful, results-driven videos takes time, and we’re committed to maintaining the highest quality without cutting corners. On average, our production process takes 4-8 weeks, including time for your input, feedback, and revisions. In some cases, things move faster; in others, we may need to pause and refine before proceeding. The timeline largely depends on the speed of feedback, the number of revisions, and the complexity of the project.

What types of videos do we offer?

If you need a video, we can make it happen. We have the know-how and experience to produce branding videos, TV spots, explainer videos, screencast tutorials, company story videos, demo videos, and more. We specialize in techniques including 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, and cel animation.

How do feedback and revisions work?

We view our clients as the ultimate experts on their brand and content, while we bring our expertise in video production to the table. Throughout the process, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to share valuable feedback through our structured revision stages, ensuring the final result aligns perfectly with your vision.

How to get started?

Getting started with us is simple—just reach out and let us know what you need. If we’re the right fit for your project, we’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining what we can deliver. Once you approve the proposal, we’ll send over a Video Services Agreement along with an initial invoice for 50% of the total project cost.

We’ll also provide a creative brief for you to complete, helping us align with your vision. From there, we’ll schedule a kick-off call to officially launch the project and start bringing your ideas to life.

What’s the typical production process?

We start with a detailed creative brief, followed by a discovery call with your dedicated project team, which includes a producer, writer, and art director. During this stage, we work to fully understand your goals and vision.

Next, our team brainstorms creative ways to tell your story and presents up to three unique concepts for you to choose from—or sometimes, a single standout idea with an in-depth treatment. Once the concept is approved, we’ll craft your script and bring it to life with a storyboard.

From there, we dive straight into production, ensuring every step aligns with your vision and project type—whether it’s animated or another format tailored to your needs.

Who owns the rights to the video?

You do! Once completed, the final video is entirely yours. Full copyright details are included in our Video Services Agreement.
